Initially I had no issues with these pests, but this year they hit my porch. I have used this article with good results. Thank you very much for such great, detailed information!! My issue is not gone at this point, and the condos I live in are stucco – so that’s the biggest problem. I’ve been able to keep them at a lower level myself by sweeping, bagging, spraying with pesticide and Neem oil spray. I also just bought some plants from the list. But they get into any part of the stucco that is crumbling or has cracks in it. The association has now been notified and the board will be addressing this. I’ve directed them to this site for reference. Fingers crossed in Florida!
