I found 20 eggs this spring after that I’ve had no eggs . I have about 30 milkweed plants. I have red beetles this year. Could this be why I’m not getting eggs? Please help

Not a lot, but enough to be waving my hand alot. Hahahaha. They’re in the living room, kitchen, bathroom and sometimes laundry room. I see a few when I’m sitting on the couch with my computer. We have a clean house. They’re enough to be really annoying. Can you help?
