I need to get the brown recluses in our basement removed first before we can proceed to renovate my grandma’s house next month. I’ll keep this in mind while I look for a pest control company to hire for brown recluse extermination soon.

I found these suggestions very helpful. I had my house evaluated by a licensed pest control company that also does green treatments, and the things I was told totally coincided with what I read here. I have been very successful with natural pest control for other issues, and I think I will save myself the $1,600 plus dollars and do it myself.

I would highly recommend that the public use a pest control company that will take the time to explain treatment methods and products to be used. Brown recluse control treatments are not cheap because they’re considered a heavy infestation species due to the danger they pose. If I see one I always recommend professional service. FYI, this spider will require a year long pest control program for the reasons stated above. Unless you have a state certified category 7 license seek professional help.
